Seasonal suspension is available if a request is made to blink by phone. Seasonal suspension is subject to additional fees based on the duration requested from 2 months to 6 months.
There is a moving fee of $50.00.
In case of an NSF charge, blink will notify you by email or by phone that the payment is declined (NSF). You will be requested to contact our billing department as soon as possible in order to avoid any service suspension.

Cable services can be activated within 7 days after the day of order.

The modem should not be connected to any internet service provider when requesting our service. If the modem is not released from the previous service, the activation may be delayed.
In most cases, a person 18 years old or older should be at home during the activation period.
It usually takes 5 working days after receiving a signed copy of the latest telephone invoice related to the number to be transferred.
Connecting the router:
Before reinstalling the router, test your internet service by connecting a laptop directly to the modem. Should there be any problem, please do the following steps:
- Disconnect the modem and the router from the wall electric socket.
- Power off the router’s power button.
- Wait 30 seconds.
- Connect the Blue Internet port on your Router to the Modem’s LAN port with an Ethernet (Cable1).
- Connect your computer to one of the Ethernet ports labeled 1~4 on the Router (Yellow ports) with an Ethernet (Cable2).
- Power on the modem and wait for 2 minutes.
If you have a Motorola modem, the light indicators should be as follow:
- Light 1 green – power is on.
- Light 2 blue – download is ok.
- Light 3 blue – upload is ok.
- Light 4 green – internet service is ok.
- Light 5 blue flashing – connection on Ethernet to Router Computer or Voip (Transmitting or receiving data on Ethernet port is ok).
